Took months to recivie my referral, had to wait another week or two for someone to just tell me we will decide if we wanna take you on" - then told they would just to wait longer for an appointment

It's my first consultation for rheumatology,（I've visit GP and physio and ED before）,the whole point of seeing a specialist is to get some professional advices,but the whole consultation it only took around 20 mins,after knowing basic medical past and some simple movement test,it finished in a sudden without I even realised. I don't feel really get any useful , professional options other than all the past hospital experience and it cost nearly 400$ for 20mins.i got the same medicine keep running like before, definitely not gonna make another appointment.

A lovely receptionist who was warm and helpful when we phoned. I think this deserves acknowledgement as far too often this isn’t the experience patients have. The ladies who answer the phone and make the bookings are the first point of contact for the patients and we felt like we mattered when phoning these rooms. Thank you Andrea for you care and assistance with my wife’s appointment.

Dr Nicola Cook is kind, caring, warm, and understanding with great listening skills. She keeps up to date with research and can give you cortisone injection in surgery if appropriate. She has always been available if I am having a difficult time.
